Who does this? John Hawkins does.
He occupies a specialized niche of freelance web development for WordPress users. This blog uses WordPress. John knows MY developer. Somehow that’s reassuring.
But that’s not how I know Hawkins. Years ago, he organized an impromptu brewhouse gathering of bloggers once-a-week at a place on UNLV’s campus called Carlos Murphy’s. THAT’s where we met, and have stayed in touch ever since.
Having just launched a new podcasat series called “Hawk Talk” he somewhere got the hair-brained idea of having me as a guest. I guess retired TV News Anchors are good for something!
