The Ultimate Podcasting Resource

by | Jul 28, 2014 | Podcasts

podcastThere are a lot of reasons people Podcast, but probably the biggest, is that it WORKS!  It works especially well as a marketing tool…or in today’s parlance: a content marketing tool.  In the process — much like blogging — you learn a lot, and you earn a lot of good will in your professional community.

Maybe that’s why the New Media Expo earlier this year in Vegas was dominated by podcasters.  Maybe that’s why Voices.com…with all the marketing resources they have at their disposal, chose to resurrect their VOX Talk podcast (see my blog about Voice.com’s decision).

But don’t take my word for it.  One of the most savvy podcasters I know lives in Las Vegas, and makes a good living doing podcast work for businesses. His name is Scott Whitney, and you can see his website at PODWORX.com.

The other day, I ran across an incredible resource from the folks at New Media Expo and Deborah Cole (@CoachDeb).  I’m repurposing it here in its entirely, ’cause it’s just so incredibly deep.  If you EVER wanted to get into podcasting, I think you just might find your answers below.
