Nonetheless, a number of sterling events are being planned for the voice-over community, and I’m listing them here in case you missed the announcement.
James Alburger and Penney Abshire are back with the newest edition of VOICE (VoiceOver Internatinal Creative Experience). This will be the 5th conference they’ve produced under the VOICE banner, and I’ve been to ’em all. This is one you’ll want to put on your calendar. Gerald Griffith of VoiceoverCity is preparing for next year already. Billed as the largest VO conference in the SouthEast U.S., VO2014 Atlanta is scheduled for March 20-23. Click here for all the info.
The SAG Foundation in scheduling a fund-raiser for the Don LaFontaine VoiceOver lab in November. That’s in LA, although there are plans in the works to build a similar site in NYC. Bill Ratner and James Arnold Taylor are preparing blockbuster one-man-shows. Here’s the info.
