Personally, I’ve never had to convert a .pdf to an Excel sheet, but that’s gotta be a cute trick of coding I would think.
.pdf is a closely-guarded Adobe property, and Excel is a Microsoft product, so you can imagine the (legal?) issues one would have to surmount to get the conversion to work.
Some time ago, I blogged about conversion software, and ever since, I’ve been inundated by various companies with offers to blog about THEIR offering, so I figure, what the heck?…pass along the goodness to my VO readers.
In this case, the company is Investintech (???). They claim their product is:
– Completely free to use
– No limitations on the PDF file size or number of conversions
– Online based, no need to download complex software
