Stephanie Cicarrelli of VOICES.com notified me this morning, that this blog: VOICE-ACTING IN VEGAS is now on their list of 100+ Industry Resources for Voice Over Talent.
The distinction is noted in my sidebar to the left with the green logo.
Clicking on the logo brings you back to their list at vocies.com.
And that’s the way these things work, no? They link to us, we link to them, the spider-bots notice somehow, and page -rankings are elevated. That’s the nuts and bolts of it, yes…but I like to think the humans behind these decisions are also appreciative of hard work on both sides, and that hard work should be rewarded in some small way…not always, but in small ways.
I appreciate what VOICES continues to strive to do with their website in not just being a clearinghouse for jobs, but also a repository of resources of people looking to get ahead in the business of voice-over. I’m happy to link back to their work.
